“I’ve been weightlifting for over three years, and Seth has been one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. His immense knowledge of the human body and exercise, along with his positive attitude and demeanor make him an excellent trainer to work with. He know how to encourage his athletes to push themselves while maintaining their dignity and making them feel safe.”

“Seth is one of the best barbell coaches in the area and has made a huge impact on my fitness journey. I was lucky enough to have Seth as one of my first barbell coaches and made enormous progress in movement and strength in a few short months. His knowledge base is deep and he understands that each individual is unique and requires a personalized approach to movement. He has the ability to connect with kids and adults of all levels and truly invest in each persons progress. I 100% recommend this guy to anyone looking to get stronger, both physically and mentally.”

“Where should I begin, he knows his stuff. Besides having a degree in physical education from Linfield he has years of experience as personal trainer at various gyms in Washington state and CrossFit here in the Treasure Valley. He has been training me over a year now and I wouldn’t trust anybody else at this point. In October of 2017 I decided to change my life, and the results have been excellent. Under his training regimen and dietary advice I went from a 315lbs to 223lbs and 18% body fat, I hope to lose another 20-30lbs this year in order to reach my goal of joining the military or a law enforcement agency. I can now do pull-ups without an assistance band and run for miles, both of which I have never been able to do at any point in my life. He doesn’t baby the people he trains and is very goal oriented person. He’ll sit down and talk with you to formulate a strategy that meshes together both his goals for you and your goals for yourself. If you’re willing to work hard, under his guidance and training, the sky is the limit. I’m excited to be going to Treasure Valley Strength and Conditioning when it opens. Now that he has his own business I can guarantee the place I exercise will be solid from the foundation up. I am tired of going to Crunch and having to work around old people or ask people sitting on workout equipment manning a digital device or tablet to move so that I can work hard. I can guarantee when classes start there will be nothing but gains and hard work everywhere. If you are serious about getting results and want a no BS experience that is both fun and rewarding I highly recommend making the call or dropping by.”
