Looking to maximize your endurance? High intensity training is an effective method to increase your overall endurance.
At TVSC we use best practices to develop your cardiovascular Endurance. In our Functional Fitness classes we utilize both aerobic and anaerobic training. Working on both short sprints and long steady state endurance. Each class will have a different focus working on enhancing your cardiovascular gas tank. Another feature of our classes is variance, we utilize a wide variety of equipment including rowers, kettlebellls, bikes, dumbbells, bikes, and medicine balls to maximize our ability to your results.
