Seth Conder is the Owner and Head Coach at Treasure Valley Strength & Conditioning. He has been active in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has a variety of fitness experience ranging from coaching high school athletes, retirees, stay at home moms, and weightlifters. Seth has a passion for helping others realize their true potential through physical activity and wants to help you too!
